Health Tip of the Day - immune booster

Infection fighting juice

This juice will help boost your immune function

1 broccoli floret
2 sticks celery
1 carrot
½ red onion
1 clove garlic
1 green apple
3 red radishes
1 tsp. dried basil (optional)

Pass all through a juicer and dilute with half a cup of freshly brewed green tea.

Or chop into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces and put all ingredients in a high powered blender with 2 cups of water or green tea. Strain if desired.

Drink immediately.
